Ken and Linda Minhinnett, the proud owners of Linken Real Estate, are a perfect example of American entrepreneurship. Since moving from New York to Texas more than 35 years ago, Ken and Linda have owned businesses in everything from real estate to automobile collision repair, RV and boat repair, RV sales, and RV and boat storage. They even owned and operated a restaurant at one point. Along with Linken, they currently own North Texas RV, Outback RV and Storage, and Best Value RV in Krum, Texas. All four of those businesses have won over their clients since Day 1, and the Minhinnetts show no signs of slowing down anytime soon.
The real estate side of their lives has always been Ken’s passion. Starting small with a few residential properties in 1986, he eventually expanded to commercial properties. After buying North Texas RV in 1989 and relocating the facility to Hwy. 380 in 2007, he continued acquiring property in whatever spare time he had left, adding everything from warehouse and storage facilities to vacation rentals.
